摘要:继续教育是教师教育的重要手段之一。欠发达地区中学教师的继续教育又有着自身的特点和规律。因此 ,欠发达地区继续教育应做到“三个到位”、“三个特点”和“三点经验”。
The continuous education is one of the most important educational forms for in-service teachers. However,the continuous education in economically disadvantaged areas has its own features and rules. It is characteristic of “three features,three pieces of experience and three accomplishments'.
