摘要：目的分析医学生职业认同的现状及影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法对某医学院校566名医学生进行问卷调查,应用t检验、方差分析和多元回归等分析方法对数据进行统计分析。结果医学生职业认同各指标均分为3.72分;各维度均分在3.51～4.06分之间;专业选择原因、职业发展趋势、医学教育水平和专业选择途径是影响医学生职业认同的独立因素。结论医学生职业认同水平是多种因素相互作用的结果,择业动机越积极、医学教育水平越高、职业发展趋势越好、专业选择越具有自主性,医学生职业认同程度越高。
Objective To clarify the current situation and influencing factors of professional identity of medical students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 566 medical students in a medical college.The data were analyzed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis.Results The data analysis showed that the average score of medical students on professional identity was 3.72.Each dimension is divided between 3.51-4.06 points.The main factors that influence the professional identity of medical students were the reason for the professional choice,career development trend,medical education level and professional choice approach.Conclusion Medical students＇ professional identity is the result of interaction of various factors,the more positive career motivation,the higher the level of medical education,the better the career development trend,the more autonomy of professional choice,the higher the degree of professional identity of medical students.
