摘要:目的研究不同炮制方法对甘草化学成分和药理作用的影响。方法分析对比有关炮制对甘草化学成分及药理作用影响的相关文章,并以其化学成分及药理作用的变化为重点,依次进行梳理。结果甘草炮制方法较多且在临床上使用广泛,而不同炮制方法则会对其化学成分产生一定的影响,进而影响其药理作用。结论中药炮制与临床用药十分密切,只有选用恰当的炮制品入药,才能使其在临床上发挥更好的药物疗效,理清不同甘草炮制方法对化学成分和药理作用的影响情况,以期对甘草的深入开发利用和指导临床用药提供一些参考。
Objective To study the effects of different processing methods on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).Methods By analyzing and comparing the related articles about the effects of processing on the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).Results There are many processing methods of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)and they are widely used in clinic,but different pro-cessing methods will affect its chemical composition,and then affect its pharmacological effect.Conclusion The concoction of tra-ditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the clinical use of drugs.Only when the proper concoction is used in medicine,can it play a better role in the clinical use of drugs,the effects of different processing methods on chemical components and pharmaco-logical effects of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)were clarified in order to provide some references for further develop-ment and utilization of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).
