摘要:文章采用问卷星对G大学进行实验实训教学满意度调查,共收集到791份有效问卷.统计结果显示,G大学大部分学生认为实验实训课程很重要(4.80, 1.00),他们对于课程设置和教学环境较为满意(4.17, 1.00;4.14, 1.00),但对课后开放练习满意度和上课时的精神状态自我评价较低(4.00, 1.00;3.67, 0.78);男生和女生在实验实训课程的重要性方面存在认知水平差异,男生得分高于女生(U=32187.5, p=0.036),在其他人口学特征方面无统计学差异,p均大于0.05.因此,需要进一步完善并调整医学相关专业校内实践教学内容及课时安排,及时更新教学设备,优化课后开放练习管理制度并加强宣传,探索适合本校特点的最佳校内实践教学模式,提高实验实训教学质量和学生实践能力.
In this paper,Questionnaire Star was used to investigate the satisfaction of experimental training teaching in G University,and a total of 791 valid questionnaires were collected.Most of the students thought that the practical teaching was very important(4.80,1.00),and they were satisfied with the teaching content and environment(4.17,1.00;4.14,1.00),however less satisfied with after-class open practice and self-assessment of the state of the class(4.00,1.00;3.67,0.78);male and female students showed differences in cognitive level in the content of the practical teaching,which male students'score was higher than that of female students(U=32187.50,p=0.036),and there was no statistical difference in other demographic characteristics,with p>0.05.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve and adjust the practical teaching content and class arrangement for medical students,update the teaching equipment in time,optimize the management system of open practice after-class and strengthen the publicity,explore the best practice teaching mode suitable for the characteristics of the school,and improve the quality of experimental and practical teaching and students'practical ability.
