摘要：经文献典籍调研、中药现代研究及其成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等领域专家学者的共同认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:天花粉功效主要为清热泻火,生津止渴,消肿排脓。其症靶为口干口渴。其标靶为高血糖。现代药理发现天花粉及其有效成分具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、终止妊娠、抗炎及调节免疫、抗病毒、抗菌等作用。天花粉无毒,但是孕妇慎用;不宜与川乌、制川乌、草乌、制草乌、附子同用。脾胃虚寒,大便滑泄者忌服。临床医家使用剂量为6~60 g,内服根据不同疾病,或疾病不同阶段进行辨证使用。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that snakegourd root has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly clearing heat-fire,generating body fluids to quench thirst,and reducing swellings and expelling pus.Its symptom target is a dry mouth and thirst,while its biochemical indicator target is hyperglycemia.Modern pharmacology has found that snakegourd root and its active ingredients have the effects of anti-tumor,reducing the blood glucose,termination of pregnancy,anti-inflammation,immunity regulation,antivirus,and antibacteria,etc.Snakegourd root is non-toxic,but it should be used with caution in pregnant women,and it should not be combined with common monkshood mother root,prepared common monkshood mother root,kusnezoff monkshood root,prepared kusnezoff monkshood root,prepared common monkshood branched root.Patients with the syndromes of defi cient cold of spleen and stomach,lingering diarrhea are prohibited to take it.Its clinical dosage range is 6-60 g,taken orally according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease.
