摘要：针对新一轮医药卫生体制改革各项工作的逐步推进,通过“创业带动就业”来解决医学毕业生就业问题面临挑战.针对康复治疗技术专业学生创业的可行性,从康复治疗技术专业学生的不同就业途径,自主创业的现状及自主创业与就业的情况等方面进行了研究,对自主创业中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了自主创业的可行性路径、改进措施和建议.
In view of the gradual promotion of the new round of medical and health system reform,it is facing challenges to solve the employment problem of medical graduates through"entrepreneurship driven employment".Aiming at the feasibility of entrepreneurship of rehabilitation therapy technology students,this paper studies the different employment channels,the status quo of independent entrepreneurship and the situation of independent entrepreneurship and employment,analyzes the problems existing in independent entrepreneurship,and puts forward the feasible path,improvement measures and suggestions of independent entrepreneurship.
