摘要:贯叶连翘是我国传统中药之一,在宋代之前作为连翘中的“小翘”应用于临床,为今之“贯叶金丝桃”的带根全草,具有收敛止血,清热解毒,利湿等功效。主要含有黄酮类、间苯三酚类、萘骈二蒽酮类、挥发油类、酚酸类等化学成分。现代药理研究表明贯叶连翘具有抗抑郁、抗菌、抗肿瘤、保肝及抗纤维化等作用,其药理作用的机制较为复杂,部分机制还有待进一步深入研究。本文对贯叶连翘历史沿革、化学成分、质量控制及药理作用等方面进行文献整理并展开综述,以期为贯叶连翘的药用部位扩展及后续深入开发研究提供参考和依据。
Hypericum perforatum L.was one of the traditional Chinese medicines in China,which was used in clinical practice as"Xiaoqiao"in Forsythia suspensa before the Song Dynasty.It was the root-bearing whole grass of"H.perforatum"today.It had the effects of convergence hemostasis,heat-clearing and detoxifying,dampness and so on.The chemical constituents mainly included flavonoids,phloroglucinols,naphthodianthrones,volatile oils,phenolic acids,etc.Modern pharmacological studies had shown that H.perforatum had anti-depressant,antibacterial,anti-tumor,liver protection and anti-fibrosis effects.The mechanism of its pharmacological action was relatively complex,and some mechanisms needed to be further studied.This article reviewed the literature on the historical evolution,chemical constituerts,quality control and pharmacological action of H.perforatum,in order to provide reference and basis for the expansion of the medicinal parts and subsequent in-depth development and research of H.perforatum.
