摘要：盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease, PID)是临床常见的一种妇科感染性疾病,其后遗症严重影响着女性生殖健康。西医治疗此病虽可有效降低短期发病率,但有易复发、易耐药等弊端,而中医药具有标本兼治、不良反应小等独特优势,且随着研究的不断深入,中医药治疗PID受到了女性患者的广泛认可。TGF-β/Smads信号通路与此病密切相关,在促进组织纤维化及加速炎症反应方面起着重要作用,作者查阅国内外文献后发现TGF-β/Smads信号通路治疗PID已成为新的热点,但缺乏系统针对性地阐述,故作者通过整理中药及中药单体、中药复方参与下的TGF-β/Smads信号通路进行总结研究,以期为中医药防治PID提供参考依据及思路。
Pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)is a common clinical gynecological infectious disease,and its sequelae seriously affect female reproductive health.Although Western medicine can effectively reduce the short-term morbidity of this disease,it has the disadvantages of easy recurrence and drug resistance.Traditional Chinese medicine has the unique advantages of treating both the symptoms and root causes and having few adverse reactions.With the continuous deepening of research,the treatment of PID by traditional Chinese medicine has been favored.It has been widely recognized by female patients.The TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway is closely related to this disease and plays an important role in promoting tissue fibrosis and accelerating inflammatory reactions.After reviewing domestic and foreign literature,the author found that the TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway has become a new hot spot in the treatment of PID.However,there is a lack of systematic and targeted elaboration,so the author summarizes and studies the TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway with the participation of traditional Chinese medicines,Chinese medicine monomers,and Chinese medicine compounds,in order to provide reference and ideas for the prevention and treatment of PID with traditional Chinese medicine.
