摘要：随着本科师范教育的长足发展和基础教育师资需求规格的变化,专科师范教育生源吸引力不断下降,办学挑战越来越突出。在把握专科师范教育人才培养特征的前提下,优化人才培养过程、凝练办学特色成为专科师范教育生存和发展的基础,也是改善专科师范教育人才培养质量的必由之路。
With the rapid development of normal education and the changes in the requirements of basic education teachers,the attractiveness of students in junior normal education has been declining,and the challenges of running junior normal college have become more and more prominent.Under the premise of grasping the characteristics of talent training in junior normal education,optimizing the talent training process and condensing professional features have become the basis for the survival and development of junior normal education,which is an important way to improve the quality of training talents in junior normal education.
