摘要：失巢凋亡是细胞脱离细胞外基质的黏附,丧失细胞间与细胞和基质间的信号传递,失去这种"锚定依赖",导致细胞发生的一种程序性凋亡。失巢凋亡的生理意义非常重要,有利于机体发育及组织自身的平衡。失巢凋亡在恶性肿瘤细胞的转移和存活中有重要作用。其中肺癌细胞的失巢凋亡机制和主要信号转导通路是世界关注的热点。本文就通过失巢凋亡机制对肺癌治疗的研究进展作一综述,为进一步抗肿瘤治疗提供参考。
Anoikis means cells break away from adhesion of extracellular matrix, loss of anchorage to the extracellular matrix leads to apoptosis(anoikis) in normal cells,which leads to a kind of apoptosis.signal transmission between cells and cells and stroma are losted. The loss of this 'anchorage dependent', resulting in a programmed cell apoptosis.The physiological significance of anoikis is very important,it is conducive to the development of the body and the balance of the organization itself. Anoikis plays an important role in the metastasis and survival of malignant tumor cells. The mechanism of anoikis of lung cancer cells and the main signal transduction pathways are the hot spots of the world. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research of lung cancer treated.This article reviews the research progress of the mechanism of anoikis, with a purpose to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the further development and better utilization of anti-tumor advantage.
