摘要:目的:研究复方沙棘颗粒的急性毒性、抗血栓作用和对脑缺氧及能量代谢的影响。方法:小鼠尾静脉注射胶原与肾上腺素的混合诱导剂诱导体内血栓形成;测定小鼠断头喘气时间、对Na2 NO2 脑缺氧小鼠脑组织ATP酶、LD含量及存活时间的影响。结果:复方沙棘颗粒可提高诱导性血栓小鼠模型的存活率,延长小鼠断头喘气时间,延长化学性脑缺氧小鼠存活时间并提高其脑组织中Na+ K + ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性,降低LD含量。结论:复方沙棘颗粒对小鼠诱导性血栓形成有抑制作用,对脑缺氧有保护作用,能增强Na+ K + ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性,降低LD含量。
Objective: To study the acute toxicity of compound Hippohae rhamnoids. granule (CHRG), the effect of CHRG on the thrombosis formation and the influence of CHRG on the whole brain lacking oxygen and energy metabolism. Methods: ①The acute toxicity on mice was observed (determining maximum dose). ②The effect of CHRG on the thrombosis formation caused by collagen-adrenalin iv in mice was observed. ③The effect of CHRG on the persistent time of gasping after decapitation of mice was observed. ④The whole brain lacking oxygen model was made by injecting NaNO 2 in mice and the contents of lactic acid (LD) and ATPase in brain were determined. Results: The maximum tolerance dose of mice is 160g/kg. Compared with the normal control group, CHRG significantly lengthened the persistent time of gasping, decreased the LD contents (P<0.01) and increased ATPase’s activities in mice. CHRG enhanced livability on mice of thrombosis formation and lengthened existent time on mice of the whole brian lacking oxygen else. Conclusion: The maximum tolerance dose of CHRG is 160g/kg. It has inhibitory action for thrombosis formation and protection effect for the whole brain lacking oxygen.
