摘要：裴正学教授认为胃癌的病机总属本虚标实,脾肾两虚,临床治疗当以“十六字方针”为指导原则,谨遵《黄帝内经》曰:“肾者,胃之关也”之理论,标本兼治、攻补结合、以补助攻,后期以健脾补肾为法,始终将扶正固本大法贯穿于治疗胃癌的全程。裴正学教授临床用药融兵法寓治法于一炉,据正邪矛盾,加减进退,擅用复法大方,创制的乌附理中汤(胃癌1号方)在临床中取得良好的疗效。
Professor Pei Zhengxue believes that the pathogenesis of gastric cancer belongs to the deficiency of the root cause and the excess of the superficiality,caused by spleen and kidney deficieny,"sixteen-characters guiding principle"should be adopted in clinical therapy,following the theory of"kidney as the pass of stomach"in Huangdi Neijing(Inner Canon of Huangdi),and including:treating the root causes and the superficial causes,combining supplementing and dispelling,supplementing assisting in dispelling,invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney as therapeutic method at the later stage,the method of enhancing healthy Qi and consolidating the foundation was used throughout the entire process of treating gastric cancer.Professor Pei Zhengxue integrates the art of war with therapeutic method in his clinical medication,he is good at using the composite method according to the conflict between the healthy Qi and the evil factor,and the prescription Wufu Lizhong Tang(gastric cancer prescription No.1)that he invented has obtained good clinical effects in clinic.
