摘要：目的观察通络除湿膏联合中医定向透药疗法对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者疼痛的影响。方法选择寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者80例,根据不同治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组患者使用风湿科一般药物进行治疗,同时展开辨证施护。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予通络除湿膏联合中医定向透药疗法。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,观察组优于对照组,观察组的症状改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者使用通络除湿膏与中医定向透药治疗方式效果确切明显,可有效减轻疼痛,起到缓解疼痛及辅助治疗的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongluo Chushi Ointment combined with TCM directional penetration therapy on the pain of rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold dampness obstruction type.Methods Eighty patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness obstruction type were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with general drugs in rheumatology department,and nursing based on syndrome differentiation was carried out at the same time.The patients in the observation group were given Tongluo Chushi Ointment combined with TCM directional penetration therapy on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 77.5%.The observation group was better than the control group,and the symptom improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Tongluo Chushi Ointment and traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy are effective for rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness obstruction type,which can effectively relieve pain and play the role of relieving pain and auxiliary treatment.
