摘要：目的 研究健脾活血通络胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的作用机制。方法 以四氯化碳制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,与大黄虫丸作对照,以ALT、TBIL、A、G、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、HA、LN、CⅣ、PCⅢ、球结膜微循环、血液流变学及肝脏组织病理变化为指标,观察健脾活血通络胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的影响。结果 健脾活血通络胶囊能明显改善肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能;调节T淋巴细胞;下调肝纤维化四项指标;改善微循环和血液流变学状态;明显改善肝脏形态改变,使肝纤维化程度显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 健脾活血通络胶囊能治疗肝纤维化大鼠。
Objective To Study the processing mechanism of using Jianpihuoxuetonglu capsule to treat rats with liver fibrosis. Methods Using CCl4 to prepare the model of the liver fibrosis of big mice and compare it with that of using the Rhubarb and Sting worms Pill (Dahuangzhechongwan). Using ALT, TBLT, A, G, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, HA, LN, CIV, PCIII, the little circulation in ball conjunctiva, the blood rheology, and the pathology change of liver organizes as the indexes to watch the effects of using Jianpihuoxuetonglu capsule to treat rats with liver fibrosis. Results Jianpihuoxuetonglu capsule has the functions as follows:Improving the liver functions of rats with liver fibrosis obviously. Regulating the T lymphocyte. Reducing 4 indexes of liver fibrosis. Improving the little circulation and the state of blood rheology. Improving the changes of liver form obviously, the degree of the liver fibrosis drops remarkably (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Jianpihuoxuetonglu capsule can treat the liver fibrosis.
