摘要：目的观察三步八法配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法采用三步八法配合骶管注射治疗LDH患者50例,通过治疗前后日本骨科学会腰痛疾患疗效评定标准评分评价临床疗效。结果 50例患者中优18例,良27例,中3例,差2例,优良率为90%。结论三步八法配合骶管注射治疗LDH具有疗程短、疗效确切、无损伤等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Three-steps and Eight-methods combined with sacral canal injection on treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods50 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by Three-steps and Eight-methods combined with sacral canal injection.The clinical curative effects were evaluated by JOA score before and after treating. Results18 cases were excellent,27 cases were good,3 cases were medium,2 cases were poor in 50 patients,and the excellent and good rate was 90%. ConclusionThe method of Three-steps and Eight-methods combined with sacral canal injection on treating lumbar disc herniation has the advantages of short course,good curative effect and no damage and so on,and it is worthy of extension and application in clinic.
