摘要：目前,恶性肿瘤已成为一类严重威胁人类生命健康和生活质量的疾病。现代医学主要治疗手段有手术、放化疗、免疫治疗等,但存在疗效不理想、不良反应大、复发转移率高等问题。对于恶性肿瘤,中医治疗可增强体质、减轻放化疗的损伤,延长生存期,提高生活质量。文章通过阐述并挖掘“养正积自除”思想的内涵,分析恶性肿瘤中医学病因病机,进而探讨在该思想指导下恶性肿瘤的防治,以期提供思路借鉴。
At present,malignant tumor has become a serious disease that seriously threatens human life and health and quality of life diseases.The main treatment methods of modern medicine include surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,immunotherapy,etc.,but there are some problems such as unsatisfactory curative effect,large adverse reaction,and high recurrence and metastasis rate.For malignant tumors,TCM treatment can strengthen the body,reduce the damage of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,prolong the survival period,and improve the quality of life of patients.By expatiating and excavating the connotation of the thought of"Removing bad accumulation by strengthening healthy energy",this paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumors in TCM,and then discusses the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors under the guidance of this thought,in order to provide ideas for its prevention and treatment.
