摘要：分析化学实验是动物医学和动物检疫类的重要专业基础课,实验教学是创新能力培养重要手段。借鉴国内外的教改先进经验,探讨设计分析化学实验教改思路、方案和实施。从教学内容和实验项目确定与设计,建立分析化学学习网站,精选验证性、设计性实验,增加创新性和综合性实验,组织分析化学实验理论知识和实验操作技能竞赛,推出多样化综合考核方法,科学、客观评定实验成绩,加强绿色化学与可持续发展教育,加强师资培训提升任课教师素质等方面,实施分析化学实验教改。提高教学和人才培养质量,为动物医学和动物检疫类专业分析化学实验教学改革和发展提供理论参考和实践指导。
Analytical chemistry experiment is important professional basic courses in animal medicine and quarantine inspection.Experimental teaching is an important means of cultivating innovative ability.Based on the advanced experience of analytical chemistry experiment reform of domestic and abroad,here we discussed the ideas,schemes and implementation of design chemistry experiment teaching reform.Identification and design of teaching contents and experimental projects;establishment of analytical chemistry learning website;selection of confirmatory experiments,establishment of design experiments,addition of innovative experiments and comprehensive experiments;organization of analytical chemistry experiment theories knowledge contest and experimental operation skill competition;improving the experimental assessment methods,launching a variety of comprehensive assessment methods,scientific and objective assessment of experimental results;strengthening green chemistry and sustainable development education;strengthening teacher training,improving the quality of classroom teachers,etc.to implement analytical chemistry experiment teaching reform.The aim is to improve the quality of teaching and the quality of personnel trainings,provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the reform and development of analytical chemistry experiment teaching for pharmacy specialties and animal husbandry and veterinary pharmacy.
