摘要：“寒者,温之使通”,寒湿为患,历代医家均以“温”为原则,寒湿腰痛的病因病机主要为外感寒湿,经脉痹阻,不通则痛,因此治疗亦以“温”为大法,以温助通,达到通则不痛的目的。郑魁山教授所提出的郑氏“针刺治病八法”理论以法拟方,以法施术,使针灸“理、法、方、穴、术”各个层面进行有机结合。现基于“温通”理论试论述郑氏温法指导下的温通针法和郑氏处方体系在寒湿腰痛中的运用。
"Those who are cold, warm will make them pass",and cold and dampness are suffering.Doctors of all dynasties have taken "temperature" as the principle. The etiology and pathogenesis of cold and dampness low back pain are mainly external cold and dampness, blockage of meridians and obstruction, and obstruction will lead to pain. Therefore, the treatment also takes "temperature" as the main method, and temperature will help pass, so as to achieve the purpose of general without pain. Professor Zheng Kuishan’s Zheng’stheory of "eight methods of acupuncture for treating diseases" uses the method to imitate the prescription and use the method to perform the operation, so as to organically combine the "principle, method, prescription, acupoint and operation" of acupuncture and moxibustion. Based on the theory of "Wen Tong", this paper tries to discuss the application of Wen Tong acupuncture under the guidance of Zheng’s Wen method and Zheng’s prescription system in cold dampness low back pain.
