摘要：目的:调查肝癌病人主要照顾者现状及其影响因素。方法:采用基本信息调查表、照顾者现状测评量表对新疆某肿瘤医院的肝癌病人主要照顾者290人进行问卷调查,了解主要照顾者现状,并利用多元线性逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果:照顾者现状测评量表各维度得分为:社会生活状况(69.72±6.91)分、情绪状况(57.09±3.86)分、照顾者与病人的关系(47.26±3.58)分、照顾者表现(35.38±3.88)分。多因素分析显示,影响社会生活状况的因素为性别、职业、年龄,该维度得分变异的25.0%由以上因素的变化解释(F=31.95,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.250);影响照顾者情绪状况的因素包括性别、职业、学历,该维度得分变异的59.0%由以上因素的变化解释(F=137.23,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.590);影响照顾者与病人关系的因素为职业、家庭月收入、照顾时间,该维度得分变异的30.0%由以上因素的变化解释(F=40.86,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.300);影响照顾者表现的因素包括照顾时间、性别、学历,该维度得分变异的64.1%由以上因素的变化解释(F=170.10,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.641)。结论:肝癌病人照顾者状况较好,在临床工作中护理人员在对病人进行护理时,也应对照顾者给予知识及心理方面的指导,为进一步提高肝癌病人照顾者状况提供依据。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of primary caregivers of patients with liver cancer and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 290 primary caregivers of liver cancer patients in a tumor hospital in Xinjiang were surveyed by using the Basic Information Questionnaire and the Caregiver Status Assessment Scale,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear stepstep regression.Results:The scores of all dimensions of the caregiver status assessment scale were:social life status(69.72±6.91),emotional status(57.09±3.86),caregiver-patient relationship(47.26±3.58),caregiver performance(35.38±3.88).Multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing social living status were gender,occupation and age,and 25.0%of the variation of the score of this dimension was explained by the above factors(F=31.95,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.250).The factors influencing the emotional status of caregivers included gender,occupation and education background,and 59.0%of the variation in the score of this dimension was explained by the above factors(F=137.23,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.590).The factors influencing the relationship between caregivers and patients were occupation,family monthly income and time of care,and 30.0%of the variation in the score of this dimension was explained by the above factors(F=40.86,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.300).The factors influencing caregivers′performance included time of care,gender and education background,and 64.1%of the variation in the score of this dimension was explained by the above factors(F=170.10,P<0.01,R^(2)=0.641).Conclusions:In clinical work,nurses should also give knowledge and psychological guidance to caregivers when nursing patients,so as to provide a basis for further improving the status of caregivers for patients with liver cancer.
