摘要:目的对甘肃榆中产五脉绿绒蒿Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel进行植物来源、形态、药材性状的研究。方法应用显微鉴定法对其不同药用部位做出粉末鉴定,利用显微成像技术系统拍摄和描绘了粉末特征图,并与同产地同属植物全缘叶绿绒蒿Meconopsis integrifolia(Maxim.)Franch进行了性状比较。结果五脉绿绒蒿生药鉴定的粉末特征中具有非腺毛、花粉粒、导管、气孔、草酸钙砂晶、淀粉粒的结构特点。结论五脉绿绒蒿粉末特征中非腺毛、花粉粒、导管、气孔、草酸钙砂晶、淀粉粒的结构特点可作为其生药鉴定的客观、准确的科学依据。
Objective To study the plant source,form and medicinal properties of Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel from Gansu Yuzhong.Methods Different medicinal parts powder of Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel was identified by microscopic identification method,and used microscopic imaging system to shoot and depict the characteristic diagram of the powder,and compared with Meconopsis integrifolia(Maxim.) Franch of the same place of origin and same plants.Results The powder features of Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel had the structure characteristics with non-glandular hairs,pollen grain,vessel,stoma,calcium oxalate sand crystal,starch grain.Conclusion The structure characteristics of powder features of Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel may be used as objective and accurate scientific basis of identification of crude drug.
