摘要：目的测定甘肃渭源、漳县、岷县、宕昌4个不同产地黄芪药材中芒柄花素的含量,借此评价不同产地黄芪药材质量,为筛选优质、合格的原料提供参考。方法采用甲醇溶剂超声提取,以芒柄花素为对照品,通过HPLC-DAD法测定不同产地黄芪药材中芒柄花素的含量。结果渭源、漳县、岷县、宕昌4个产地黄芪芒柄花素含量分别为0.309 6,0.111 4,0.133 3,0.063 3 mg/g。4个不同产地黄芪芒柄花素含量有一定差异,渭源产黄芪芒柄花素含量显著高于其他3个地区。结论该方法能用于不同产地黄芪的真伪和优劣的鉴别,为以后黄芪活性化合物的定性、定量关系研究及质量控制提供基础,为建立黄芪的质量控制及评价提供依据。
Objective To determine the content of formononetin in Astragalus from different habitats in Weiyuan, Zhangxian, Minxian and Tanchang of Gansu provience, and to evaluate the quality of Astragalus from different habitats and provide reference for selecting high quality raw materials. Methods Adopted methanol solventto conduct ultrasonic extraction, formononetin was used as control products, the content of formononetin in Astragalus from different habitats was determined by HPLC-DAD. Results The contents of formononetin in Astragalus from Weiyuan,Zhangxian, Minxian and Tanchang were respectively 0. 309 6,0.111 4,0. 133 3 and 0. 063 3 mg/g. The contents had some differences, the content of formononetin in Astragalus from Weiyuan was obviously higher than others 3 areas. Conclusion The method can be used to identify authenticity and quality of Astragalus from different habitats, so provide basis for the study of qualitative and quantitative relation of active compounds in Astragalus, and building quality control and evaluation of Astragalus.
