摘要：高校学报编委会对学报的编辑出版起指导、监督和咨询作用。如何发挥编委会的力量,充分调动编委会每位成员的积极性和主动性,首先要做好编委会的遴选工作,同时建立良好的运营激励机制,改进编委会工作流程,与编委建立良好的沟通交流,最大限度地发挥编委会的潜在能量,对高校学报的办刊水平及长远发展都有着深远的影响。
The editorial board plays an important role in directing, supervising and consulting the edition and publication of the university journal. To give full use of editorial board and arouse enthusiasm and initiative of every member, selection of the board is at the first consideration. Establishment of good incentive mechanism, improvement of the workflow and good communication with every member of the board also should be taken into account. To maximize the potential power of the editorial board can make a significant difference for the level of editing and long-term development of university journal.
