摘要:精神分裂症是以执行功能障碍为核心特征的一种复杂的精神疾病。功能性近红外光谱成像(fNIRS)作为一种非侵入性且可视化的神经影像技术,具有设备轻便、抗运动干扰强等优势,已成为研究精神分裂症患者执行功能障碍的重要工具。本文综述了fNIRS技术在精神分裂症执行功能研究中的应用现状,从任务态和静息态两个维度梳理了执行功能与fNIRS的关系,探讨了其在揭示精神分裂症执行功能损害神经机制中的作用,并为未来的研究和临床干预提供了新的视角和方法。
Schizophrenia is a complex mental disorder characterized primarily by executive function impairment.Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS),as a non-invasive and visual neuroimaging technology,offers advantages such as portability and strong resistance to motion artifacts,making it an important tool for studying executive dysfunction in schizophrenia.This paper reviews the current applications of fNIRS in schizophrenia-related executive function research,analyzing the relationship between executive function and fNIRS from both task-based and restingstate perspectives.Additionally,it explores the role of fNIRS in uncovering the neural mechanisms underlying executive dysfunction in schizophrenia,providing new insights and methodologies for future research and clinical interventions.
