摘要：阐述农产品冷链物流概念,了解国内外农产品冷链物流发展状况,从基础设施、冷链物流市场化、规章条例方面论述国内外农产品冷链物流的比较,发掘国内农产品冷链物流设备设施因循守旧、专业化有待进一步推进、规章条例颁布不健全等,提出其对甘肃地区农产品冷链物流发展的启示。
This paper expounds the concept of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,understands the development status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products at home and abroad,discusses the comparison of cold chain logistics of agricultural products at home and abroad from the aspects of infrastructure,marketization of cold chain logistics,rules and regulations,and explores that the equipment and facilities of cold chain logistics of agricultural products at home are conservative,specialization needs to be further promoted,rules and regulations are not issued properly,and puts forward its enlightenment for the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Gansu Province.
