摘要：目的:研究敦煌消痹定痛酊治疗类风湿性关节炎的部分作用机制,探讨其对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠模型关节液中肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-a)和白介素-1(IL-1)及白介素-6(IL-6)含量的影响。方法:建立胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠模型,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测关节液中TNF-a、IL-1和IL-6含量。结果:敦煌消痹定痛酊能显著降低CIA大鼠关节液中TNF-a、IL-1和IL-6的含量。结论:提示敦煌消痹定痛酊对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠关节炎具有一定抑制作用,可通过降低大鼠关节液中的TNF-a、IL-1和IL-6含量,从而抑制滑膜细胞的增生,缓解炎性细胞的浸润,减轻关节滑膜的炎症。结果表明:敦煌消痹定痛酊能显著降低CIA大鼠关节液中TNF-a、IL-1和IL-6的含量。提示该制剂对CIA大鼠关节炎具有一定抑制作用。
Objective:To explore the active mechanism of Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture treating RA and the effects on the contents of TNF-a,IL-1 and IL-6 in joint liquid of the rat model of collagen-induced arthritis(CIA).Methods:The rat models of CIA were made.The contents of TNF-a,IL-1 and IL-6 were measured with the method of ELISA.Results:Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture could significantly deceased the contents of TNF-a,IL-1 and IL-6 in joint liquid of the rats of CIA.Conclusion:Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture have certain inhibitory effects,and can alleviate inflammation of articular synovium by inhibiting the contents of TNF-a,IL-1 and IL-6 in joint liquid of rats, which may be one of the mechanism of the therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
