摘要：类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种病因不明的慢性自身免疫性疾病,可致关节破坏和畸形。趋化因子C-X-C基序配体12(C-X-C motif chemokine ligand12,CXCL12)作为一种小分子细胞因子,通过与特异性受体CXC趋化因子受体4(CXC chemokine receptor 4,CXCR4)结合调控类风湿关节炎的发病过程。因此,该文基于CXCL12和CXCR4的生物学特征,对CXCL12/CXCR4在RA中的致病机理作一介绍,并对其在RA相关研究方面取得的进展进行了综述,以期为理解RA发病及开发新的靶点药物提供临床价值。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease of unknown etiology that can cause joint destruction and deformity.As a small molecule cytokine,the chemokine C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 12(CXCL12)regulates the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis by binding to the specific receptor CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4).Therefore,based on the biological characteristics of CXCL12 and CXCR4,this paper introduces the pathogenesis of CXCL12/CXCR4 in RA and summarizes the progress in RA-related research,with the aim of providing clinical value for understanding the pathogenesis of RA and developing novel therapeutic targets.
