摘要：从颈项部经筋的分布出发,通过经筋理论探讨椎动脉型颈椎病病因病机,提出"养精柔筋"手法,并通过现代医学及生物力学的研究加以佐证,阐明其通经舒筋、正骨柔筋、养精荣筋的机理,为手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供新的思路。
There is a close relationship between tendons and the vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis occurrence and development,from the tendons distribution on the neck to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical disease of vertebral artery by the tendons theory,and provide ＂YangJing RouJin＂ approach,through modern medical and biomechanical research to support,clarify its mechanism of promotion and soft tendon,orthopedic soft tendon,YangJing RouJin,to provide new ideas for manual therapy t on vertebral artery type cervical disease.
