摘要：目的:了解近年来我国术中压力性损伤护理研究热点及前沿,为今后开展术中压力性损伤护理研究及临床实践指南的制定提供指导。方法:应用CiteSpace 5.8.R4文献计量学软件对中国知网(CNKI)2011年1月—2021年10月收录的术中压力性损伤护理相关文献进行可视化分析及知识图谱绘制。结果:共纳入828篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势,但形成的核心作者群少;发文机构主要集中在高等院校附属医院;研究热点主要以体外循环、危险因素评估及预防效果为主。结论:本研究反映了术中压力性损伤护理的研究热点及前沿,对国内该领域研究具有一定启示作用,未来应通过循证的方法制定标准化的评估量表和预防护理方案,有效提升术中压力性损伤护理的时效性,促进病人康复。
Objective:To understand the research hotspots and frontiers of intraoperative acquired pressure injury nursing in China in recent years,and to provide guidance for the development of intraoperative acquired pressure injury nursing research and clinical practice guidelines in the future.Methods:CiteSpace 5.8.R4 bibliometrics software was used to visually analyze and draw knowledge maps of intraoperative acquired pressure injury nursing related literature collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 2011 to October 2021.Results:A total of 828 papers were included,and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend,but the core author group was small.The publishing institutions were mainly concentrated in the affiliated hospitals of universities.The research hotspots were mainly on cardiopulmonary bypass,risk factor assessment and preventive effects.Conclusions:This study reflects the research hotspots and frontiers of intraoperative acquired pressure injury nursing,and has a certain implications for domestic research in this field.In the future,standardized assessment scales and preventive nursing programs should be developed through evidence-based methods,so as to effectively improve the timeliness of intraoperative acquired pressure injury nursing and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
