摘要：本文从资源与环境、经济发展、社会发展、科技支撑4个方面26项指标,运用主成分分析法对陇中黄土高原农业与农村可持续发展状况进行了以定量分析为主的实证研究。结果表明:陇中黄土高原农业与农村可持续发展的能力总体呈现上升趋势;可持续发展的重点在于提高经济发展水平;可持续发展的基础在于利用资源和改善环境;可持续发展的潜力在于应用科学技术;可持续发展的难点在于提高农业现代化水平。
This article from the resources and the environment, economic development, social development, scientific and technological support, such as four aspects of a total of 26 indicators, using principal component analysis in the Loess Plateau of Gansu sustainable agriculture and rural development to quantitative analysis carried out mainly an empirical study. The results showed that： agricultural and rural sustainable development show an increasing tendency; the focus of sustainable development is to raise the level of economic development; the basis for sustainable development is the use of resources and improve the environment; the driving force of sustainable development is to apply science and technology; the difficulty of sustainable development is to raise the level of agricultural modernization.
