摘要：高校辅导员参与大学生心理健康教育工作是有效缓解高校心理健康教育师资力量严重不足的重要途径。辅导员应明确认识、高度重视这项工作,充分利用自身有利条件,创新载体和方法,切实做好大学生心理健康教育工作。
College counselors participate in psychological health education is an important way to effectively alleviate the serious shortage of mental health education teachers. The counselor should be clear understanding of, and attaches great importance to this work, full advantage of its favorable conditions for innovative vectors and methods for effectively on psychological health education.
