摘要:党参的科学绿色养护是中药材产业迫在眉睫的重要课题.超声清洗能清除寄生虫及其卵和各种病害微生物的潜在危害.壳聚糖和甘露聚糖是食品保藏和果蔬保鲜中常用且有效的天然抑菌防腐性高分子,将其应用于党参药材科学贮藏养护中可进一步防霉防蛀.本文从技术可行性角度分析了超声-天然抑菌防腐性高分子联用养护党参中评价养护效果的待检药效成分、中国药典指标及其测定方法,拟采用高效液相色谱法测定党参炔苷和苍术内酯Ⅲ的含量,拟采用紫外可见光谱法测定党参多糖含量,拟采用药典通则规定的方法测定各药典限定指标.超声-天然抑菌防腐性高分子联用绿护党参绿色安全,具有广阔的研究和应用前景.
The scientific and green conservation of Codonopsis is an urgent and important topic in the Chinese herbal medicine industry.From the perspective of technical feasibility,it is analyzed that ultrasonic cleaning can remove the potential harm of parasites and their eggs and various diseased microorganisms.Chitosan and Konjac glucomanna are commonly used and effective natural antibacterial and antiseptic polymers in food,fruit and vegetable preservation.Applying it to the scientific storage and conservation of Codonopsis can further prevent mildew and moth.The medicinal components,Chinese Pharmacopoeia Index to be tested and their determination methods for evaluating the curative effect of maintaining of Codonopsis pilosula has been selected in the Ultrasound-natural antibacterial and anticorrosive polymer combined using.The HPLC method was selected in determining the contents of lobetyolin and AtractylideⅢ,and the content of Codonopsis lanceolata was determined by UV-Vis method.Measure the limits of each pharmacopoeia by the method stipulated in the pharmacopoeia general rules.The content of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide is representative of the components to be tested.Ultrasound-natural antibacterial and antiseptic polymer combined with Codonopsis is green and safe,and has broad research and application prospects.
