摘要：骨质疏松症和炎性肠病均是临床常见的、慢性病。炎性肠病影响骨代谢,并且与骨量减少、骨质疏松和骨折风险增加相关,骨质疏松症成为炎性肠病常见而又容易被忽视的并发症之一,二者在临床上的关联性受到越来越多的关注。RANK/RANKL/OPG信号轴是近年来骨代谢领域研究的新热点,为骨质疏松的基础研究和临床研究做出了重大的贡献。最近研究发现该轴介导的信号转导途径在炎性肠病中同样起作用。本文基于RANK/RANKL/OPG信号轴作为它们之间共同的切入点,初步探讨二者共同的发病机制及临床相关性,以期为临床上开发新的靶向治疗和进一步规范其治疗方案提供理论基础。
Osteoporosis and inflammatory bowel disease are common clinical refractory disease,chronic disease.Inflammatory bowel diseases affect bone metabolism and are frequently associated with the presence of osteopenia,osteoporosis,and increased risk of fractures.Osteoporosis is one of the common and easily overlooked complications of inflammatory bowel disease.The clinical connections between them have also received more and more attention.In recent years,RANK/RANKL/OPG signal axis has become a new hot spot in the field of bone metabolism,making a significant contribution to the basic research and clinical research of osteoporosis.Recent studies have shown that this axis-mediated signal transduction pathway also plays an invaluable role in inflammatory bowel disease,and many experts and scholars have conducted extensive and potential research between the system and inflammatory bowel disease.This article is based on RANK/RANKL/OPG signal axis as a common point of entry between them,in order to develop new targeted therapy in clinical work and provide the theoretical foundation for further standardize the treatment plan.
