摘要：中医生理学是中医学对人体生命活动的认识,是在中国古代科学与哲学的共同影响下形成的理论体系。由于受到诸多因素的影响,中医生理学在中国医学史上没有形成独立学科。魏晋以后,中医学逐渐偏向于研究"病理"和临床,其学术特点也由之前的"形气并重"逐渐衍变为"重气化轻形迹"。清末民国时期,在西医学的影响下,中医界积极建立自己的生理学,但终因无法解决脏腑本质和解剖形体的问题而失败。中医学欲求发展,必须明确形体与气化的关系,完善中医生理学的学科建设,进而以形体为基础,在中医气化与西医生理之间探寻中西医结合之路。
Physiology of traditional Chinese medicine is the cognition of human vital activities in Chinese medicine,it is the theoretical system formed under the joint influence of ancient Chinese science and philosophy.Affected by many factors,physiology of traditional Chinese medicine hasn＇t formed an independent subject.After the Wei and Jin Dynasties,traditional Chinese medicine gradually inclined to study pathology and clinic,and its academic characteristics gradually transformed from ＂focusing on both body and qi＂ to ＂viewing qi better than body＂.In the late Qing Dynasty and Mingguo time,under the effect of western medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine circles established its own physiology actively but they failed because the essential viscera of Chinese medicine are not the internal organs of western medicine.If we want to make a progress on the development of traditional Chinese medicine,we must determine the relationship between body and qi,improve the construction of physiology of traditional Chinese medicine and then based on the body dissecting,exploring the way of combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the course of qi transformation and western medicine＇s physiology.
