摘要：目的:探讨景芪愈溃胶囊对胃溃疡愈合质量的影响及作用机制。方法:乙酸诱导制备胃溃疡模型制备成功后,分为空白组、模型组、雷尼替丁组及景芪愈溃胶囊高、中、低剂量组。给予灌胃治疗10d后,杀检全部试验大鼠,肉眼及镜下观察溃疡愈合情况、测量胃溃疡面积、采用ELISA法检测PGE2及EGF的含量。结果:①镜下观察景芪愈溃胶囊治疗组大鼠胃溃疡愈合情况良好,其中中剂量组效果最好。②各治疗组大鼠胃溃疡面积均较模型组明显缩小(P<0.01),以中、高剂量组最明显。③雷尼替丁组及中、高剂量组PGE2及EGF的含量均高于模型组(P<0.05),中剂量组最明显(P<0.01)。结论:景芪愈溃胶囊可提高胃溃疡愈合质量,其作用机制与增加胃内PGE2及血中EGF作为保护性因子有关。可用于治疗阳虚、气虚为主的胃溃疡。
Objective： To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jingqi Yukui capsule on the quality of gastric ulcer healing. Methods： The experimental animals are divided into 6 groups. Except the blank group rats, the remaining animals are perpared as acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer model rats. After models are successful, they are divided into the model group, ranitidine group, JQYKC high dose group, JQYKC medium dose group and JQYKC low dose group, 10 rats in each group. Rats in blank group and model group were given distilled water 2ml, once a day, a total of 10 days. Rats in ranitidine group, JQYKC high dose group, JQYKC medium dose group and JQYKC low dose group are filling with corresponding concentrations of drug suspension 2ml, once a day for 10 days. On the 1 lth day, kill all experimental rats, observe the condition of gastric ulcer healing by eyes and microscope, measure the area of gastric ulcer, use ELISA method to detect levels of PGE2 and EGF. Results： The microscopic observation finds that there is a high quality of gastric ulcer healing in each JQYKC dose group and the modium dose group is the best one of them.All treatment groups significantly narrow the area of gastric ulcer （P〈0.01）, the high dose and medium dose group are more visible than other groups. The content of PGE2 and EGF in ranitidine group, high dose group and medium group are higher than the model group （P〈0.05）. Furthermore, they are much higher in medium dose group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： JQYKC can improve the quality of gastric ulcer healing, the mechanisms is correlated to increasin PGE and EGF as orotective factors.
