摘要：干燥综合征(Sj?gren's syndrome,SS)是一种以外分泌腺功能障碍为特征的自身免疫性疾病。目前,尽管SS发病机制尚未完全阐明,但越来越多的研究表明,唾液腺上皮细胞在SS唾液腺损伤的病理机制中扮演了重要角色,阻断唾液腺上皮细胞活化、恢复其正常的生理功能或许能够改善唾液腺的分泌功能。本文将从SS唾液腺的病理结构变化、唾液腺上皮细胞的死亡模式、其与免疫细胞间的通讯以及常见的信号通路等四个方面,深入阐述唾液腺上皮细胞在干燥综合征中的病理作用机制,为了解SS发病机理提供参考。
Sj?gren's syndrome(SS)is an autoimmune disease characterized by exocrine gland dysfunction.Currently,although the pathogenesis of SS has not been fully elucidated,more and more studies have shown that salivary epithelial cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of salivary gland damage in SS,and that blocking the activation of salivary epithelial cells and restoring their normal physiological function may be able to improve the secretory function of salivary glands.In this paper,the pathological mechanism of salivary gland epithelial cells in desiccation syndrome will be elaborated in depth from four aspects,including the pathological structural changes of the salivary glands in SS,the death pattern of salivary gland epithelial cells,their communication with immune cells,and the common signaling pathways.
