摘要:目的研究西黄丸对大鼠卵巢雌二醇(E_2)、孕激素(P)与孕激素受体(PR)的影响。方法按随机数表法将Wistar雌性未孕大鼠分为5组:空白组、对照组和高、中、低3个剂量实验组,每组10只。空白组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,对照组给予1.8 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)他莫昔芬灌胃,高、中、低3个剂量实验组分别给予2.16,1.08,0.54 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)西黄丸灌胃,连续给药1个月。以酶联免疫法检测卵巢E_2、P含量;以免疫组化法检测卵巢PR受体表达量。结果空白组、对照组和高、中、低3个剂量实验组的E_2分别为(45.85±17.39),(19.45±6.41),(28.74±14.54),(29.82±11.57)和(44.11±8.25)ng·L^(-1);这5组的P分别为(259.67±12.31),(301.21±15.01),(296.47±14.04),(301.56±22.81)和(287.13±14.16)pmol·L^(-1);对照组和高、中2个剂量实验组与空白组比较,E_2水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);对照组和高、中、低3个剂量实验组与与空白组比较,P水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。这5组的PR水平(光密度值)分别为(4.16±0.92)×10~3,(4.82±0.14)×10~3,(5.53±0.61)×10~3,(5.44±0.60)×10~3和(4.89±0.29)×10~3;高、中2个剂量实验组与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论西黄丸能降低大鼠卵巢中E_2的含量,增加P的含量,促进PR的表达,说明西黄丸能够对卵巢的功能产生干扰作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xihuang Pill on estradiol(E2) ,progestogen P) and progestogen receptor PR) in rat.Methods Wistar female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: blankgroup,control group,and high,medium and low dose experimentalgroups,with 10 rats in each group. Each rat in the control group wasgiven 1. 8 mg·kg ^-1·d^-1 tamoxifen,each rat in the high,medium andlow dose groups was given Xihuang Pill according to 2. 16,1. 08,0. 54g·kg ^-1·d^-1,and the blank group was given distilled water of equalvolume.
