摘要：蛋白饲料短缺是世界性难题,新型蛋白饲料资源开发迫在眉睫。中医药事业飞速发展,中药渣排放量与日俱增,对环境的污染与资源的浪费问题日趋严重,其处理问题刻不容缓。固态发酵技术日渐成熟,中药渣固态发酵可提高其蛋白质含量,降低粗纤维含量,提高适口性和诱食性,能改善饲喂动物肉质品质,改善肠道微生物平衡,提高免疫力和抗氧化性能以及繁殖性能。发酵中药渣蛋白饲料的营养和药用价值较高,其推广和应用既节约中药资源又能保护生态环境,社会效益良好,经济效益可观,对国家畜牧养殖业的发展有良好的促进作用。
The shortage of protein feed is a serious worldwide problem, and the development of new protein feed resources is imminent. With the rapid development of Chinese medicine industry, the emission of Chinese medicine residue is steadily increasing the problem of environmental pollution and waste of resources becomes serious, and its handling problems cannot be delayed. Solid-state fermentation technology is becoming more and more mature. Solid-state fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine residue can increase its protein content, reduce crude fiber content, improve palatability,improve animal meat quality, improve intestinal microbial balance, improve immunity and antioxidant performance and reproductive performance. Fermented Chinese medicine residue protein feed has high nutritional and medicinal value. Its promotion and application not only saves Chinese medicine resources but also protects the ecological environment. It has good social and economic benefits and is conducive to the development of national animal husbandry and aquaculture.
