摘要：我科在总结吸收了手法治疗腰椎问盘突出症众家之长后,根据我们的治疗实践,确定了“三步、三位”法,通过60例住院病人疗效观察,其中治愈和好转率占87％。本文试图以解剖、病理和生物力学的知识,阐述其治疗机理,使治疗手法具有较严密的科学依据。体会:腰椎间盘突出多发于轻体力劳动和脑力劳动者;手法治疗对膨出型、突出型均有明显疗效;对病程半年以内者明显优于病程长者;对年青患者的疗效明显优于老年患者。
On the base of absorbing the experience of others for the maneuver therapy for lumber intervetebral disc protrusion, our department have determined a process called: 'three step and three posture' according to our clinical practice. Our report of 60 cases of inpatient shows that 87% percent are satisfactory. The article tries to analyse the mechanism of the therapy from the knowledge of anatomy, pathology and biomechanics and provid close scientific basis for our maneuver therapy, It has been learn that the light physical labour and the mental labour are much easy to suffer from the lumber Intervertebral Disc protrusion The manever therapy are satisfied for cases of expended style and projecting style, and the short course of cases and young patients are much easy to be cure than that of long course of cases and old patients.
