摘要：中医学研究生高质量发展是培养新时代中医药高层次创新型人才的基础,其培养质量是新时代中医药事业健康、快速发展的关键。以解决问题为出发点、以目标为培养方向、以结果为培养成效,改革招生机制,提高生源质量,有机结合通识教育、专业基础教育、专业教育,加强基础研究与临床研究的联合、临床实践与全科医学的融合,强化学术道德和学术文化建设,构建高水平中医学研究生教育体系,培养国家和社会需要的高层次创新型人才。
The training quality of TCM graduate students is the key to the healthy and rapid development of TCM in the new era.Its high-quality development is the basis for training high-level innovative talents of TCM in the new era.With the problem solving as the starting point,the goal as the training direction,and the results as the test standard for training effectiveness,we should reform the enrollment mechanism and improve the quality of students,the organic combination of general education,professional basic education and profes?sional education,strengthen the combination of basic research and clinical research,and the integration of clinical practice and general practice medicine.We will strengthen the construction of academic ethics and academic culture,build a high-level education system for traditional Chinese medicine postgraduates,and cultivate high-level innovative talents required by the country and society.
