Under the background of entering the decisive stage of winning the national poverty alleviation war, putting forward the high-quality completion of poverty alleviation and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way, this paper analyzes and discusses the path and mutual promotion and coordinated development of promoting poverty alleviation and fostering the will and wisdom in all respects,which based on the important internal relationship among poverty alleviation and fostering the will and wisdom.
