摘要:自毒作用作为连作障碍产生的原因之一,严重影响着药用植物的生长发育。自毒物质降解菌在缓解连作障碍、促进药用植物生长发育和提高土壤肥力等方面都具有十分重要的意义。在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,从连作障碍防治措施、降解菌种类及降解途径、降解菌对连作条件下植物及土壤环境的影响等方面进行充分的归纳总结,并从对自毒物质的降解作用、对植物的促生作用、对病原微生物的抑制作用、对药用植物有效成分合成和积累的促进作用和对土壤环境的优化作用等方面梳理自毒物质降解菌对药用植物连作障碍的缓解机制,这可为道地产区药用植物连作障碍防治措施及从生理和分子层面深入揭示自毒物质降解菌的作用机制奠定基础。
As one of the causes of continuous cropping obstacles,autotoxicity severely affects the growth and development of medicinal plants.Autotoxicity-degrading bacteria play a significant role in alleviating continuous cropping obstacles,promoting the growth and development of medicinal plants,and improving soil fertility.Based on extensive literature research,this study provides a comprehensive summary from the perspectives of continuous cropping obstacle prevention measures,types and pathways of degrading bacteria,and the impact of degrading bacteria on plants and soil environment under continuous cropping conditions.The mechanisms by which autotoxicity-degrading bacteria alleviate continuous cropping obstacles are elucidated,including the degradation of autotoxic substances,promotion of plant growth,suppression of pathogenic microorganisms,facilitation of synthesis and accumulation of effective components in medicinal plants,and optimization of soil environment.This research serves as a foundation for the prevention of continuous cropping obstacles in authentic medicinal plant production areas and a deeper understanding of the physiological and molecular mechanisms underlying the role of autotoxicity-degrading bacteria.
