摘要：经筋与经脉归属于经络系统,《灵枢·经筋》中详细论述了十二经筋的循行路线、起止部位、生理特性、病理表现及治疗方法,指出经筋可以沟通机体内外,束骨而利机关。近年来,经筋理论结合现代解剖及生物力学,不断丰富自身理论内涵并拓展治疗范围。通过检索经筋理论相关文献,发现应用经筋理论指导治疗运动系统疾病疗效显著,对近5年有关经筋理论的思考及其在运动系统疾病中的应用现状进行整理,以期为临床实践提供借鉴依据。
The meridian sinew and meridians belong to the meridians and collaterals system.In the book of Ling shu meridian,the route of the twelve meridian sinews,starting and ending positions,physiological characteristics,pathological manifestations and treatment methods are discussed in detail.The meridians can communicate with the internal and external organs of the body and controls bones and lubricates joints.In recent years,the theory of meridian sinew combines with modern anatomy and biomechanics to enrich the theoretical connotation and expand the scope of treatment.By searching the relevant literatures of meridian sinew,it was found that the application of meridian sinew theory in the treatment of motor system diseases had a significant effect.This paper sorted out the thoughts on the theory meridian sinew in the past five years and the current situation of its application in motor system diseases,in an attempt to provide reference for clinical practice.
