摘要：前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PC)的发病率在全球范围内呈显著上升趋势,前列腺癌患者的预后情况越来越受到人们的重视。目前对于评估患者预后情况主要依据为前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、Gleason评分(GS)及TNM分期,但是对同一分层的患者采取同样的治疗方案,患者的预后状况却存在显著的差异,需要发现新的预后标记物对患者进行进一步分层并建立预后预测诺莫图,从而达到方便准确的预后预测目的,指导患者个体化治疗,改善患者预后状态。故从肿瘤及分子生物学两方面对前列腺癌患者预后影响的研究现状作此综述,旨在为前列腺癌患者危险分层及预后诺莫图的建立提供理论支持。
The incidence of prostate cancer(PC)shows a significant upward trend worldwide,and the prognosis in patients with PC has been paid more and more attention to.At present,assessing the prognosis in patients mainly bases on PSA,GS and TNM stages,but for patients with the same stratification,there is a significant difference in prognosis.It is necessary to find new prognostic markers to further stratify the patients and establish Nomograph for prognosis,so as to achieve the purpose of convenient and accurate prognosis prediction,guide individual treatment and improve the prognosis in patients.Therefore,this paper reviews the research progress on the influences of tumor(GS and GG,IDC?P,CTC,and Ki?67)and molecular biology(non?coding RNA,mRNA,and DNA)on the prognosis in patients with prostate cancer,in order to provide theoretical support for the establishment of risk stratification and prognosis Nomograph in patients with PC.
