摘要：目的:探讨我国压力性损伤护理研究的发展现状、研究热点及趋势,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)中2000年1月1日—2020年12月31日有关压力性损伤护理的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对其进行可视化分析。结果:最终纳入文献1 341篇,压力性损伤护理相关文献的发文量总体呈上升趋势,蒋琪霞发表23篇,居首位。华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院发文量最多,发表了32篇。关键词分析显示该领域研究热点有压力性损伤危险因素、护理、预防及护理管理及危险因素,研究趋势为手术压力性损伤的风险评估及护理。结论:需进一步强化该领域内作者间、机构间及作者与机构间的交流合作,后续研究应集中于压力性损伤的危险因素、护理、预防及管理、手术压力性损伤风险评估及护理等方向,推动压力性损伤护理全面化、专业化、科学化发展。
Objective:To explore the development status,research hotspots and trends of nursing research on pressure ulcers in China,and to provide reference for related research.Methods:The articles related to pressure ulcer nursing from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved from CNKI database and visualized by CiteSpace software.Results:1 341 articles were included in the study.The number of literature related to pressure ulcer nursing showed an increasing trend.Jiang Qixia published 23 literature,ranking first.The Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,published the most articles,with 32.Keywords analysis showed that the research hotspots in this field included risk factors,nursing,prevention,nursing management and risk factors of pressure ulcers,and the research trend was risk assessment and nursing of surgical pressure ulcers.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the communication and cooperation among authors,institutions and between authors and institutions in this field.The follow-up research should focus on the risk factors,nursing,prevention and management of pressure ulcers,and the risk assessment and nursing of surgical pressure ulcers,so as to promote the comprehensive,professional and scientific development of pressure ulcers nursing.
