摘要:目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)教学理念的SPOC平台联合问题式学习(PBL)+临床实践教学模式在内科学教学中的应用效果。方法选择甘肃中医药大学2018级中医学专业38人为实验组,2017级中医学专业49人为对照组,实验组采用基于OBE教学理念的SPOC平台联合PBL+临床实践的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式进行常规教学。分别对两组学生考试成绩、学习能力和描述性评价进行比较。结果实验组考试成绩、学习能力评分高于对照组(P<0.01),描述性评价结果显示联合教学模式获得了学生的普遍认可。结论应用基于OBE教学理念的SPOC平台联合PBL+临床实践教学模式,学生在掌握课程内容的同时,自主学习能力、沟通表达能力、临床实践能力和创新思维能力等也得到了充分锻炼。此研究可为中医药院校开展西医内科学课程提供有益的经验。
Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode of SPOC platform based on OBE teaching concept com?bined with PBL and clinical practice in internal medicine teaching.Methods A total of 38 students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in Grade 2018 were selected as the experimental group.A total of 49 students from Grade 2017 in traditional Chinese medi?cine major were selected as the control group.The experimental group adopted the teaching mode of SPOC platform based on OBE teaching concept combined with PBL and clinical practice,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode for routine teaching.The test scores,learning ability and descriptive evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores and learning ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the descriptive evaluation results showed that the joint teaching mode was widely recognized by students.Conclusion With the application of SPOC platform based on OBE teaching concept combined with PBL and clinical practice teaching mode,students can master the course content,and at the same time,their autonomous learning ability,communication and expression ability,clinical practice ability and innovative thinking ability have also been fully exercised.This study can provide useful experience for developing the course of internal medicine of Western medicine in Chinese medicine colleges.
