摘要:目的:探讨肝郁证与神经内分泌网络中大鼠下丘脑-腺垂体-肾上腺皮质轴(HPA)的关系和血管舒缩平衡紊乱的相关性。方法:采用"颈部带枷单笼喂养法"复制大鼠肝郁证模型。用放射免疫法检测模型2周组、4周组下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质酮(CORT)、血浆内皮素(ET)含量,用比色法检测血清一氧化氮(NO)含量以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性。结果:实验显示应激大鼠呈现急性应激躁狂,2周和4周应激大鼠呈现慢性应激肝郁证时的抑郁状态;肝郁证模型大鼠下丘脑CRH、血浆ACTH、CORT和ET浓度较正常对照组显著升高,血清NO含量降低;而且肝脏组织有明显损伤,血清ALT活性增加。结论:肝郁证与HPA轴有相关性,并且出现血管舒缩功能的紊乱,肝脏细胞的损伤。
Objective:The relation with stagnation of liver and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal cortex coaxial and ET,NO,ALT in rats.Methods: The model with stagnation of liver qi was made by separated feeding with neck cangue.Stringently according to operating rule observe hypothalamic CRH the indexes-ACTH,CORT,ET from the rat's blood plasma and NO,ALT from the rat's blood serum in order to study the correlation.Results: stagnation of liver can increase the CRH,ACTH,CORT,ET and ALT,and decrease NO in the stagnation of liver models in 2 and 4 weeks.Conclusions: it reveals that body with the stagnation of live could show disfunction about blood vessel and damage hepatocyte.
