摘要：刘东汉教授提出"虚、瘀、痰、毒"是大面积脑梗死的中医证候要素,重视察舌按脉辨体,可使辨证方向明确;确立豁痰开闭、益气活血、解毒醒脑是大面积脑梗死的基本中医治法,尤为重视豁痰开闭法的运用;在用法方面,强调以猪蹄汤与水合煎药物,可促进药效发挥;并分析典型案例。
Professor LIU Dong-han believes that ‘deficiency, stasis, phlegm, toxin＇ are the TCM syndrome factors of massive brain infarction, attaching importance to tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis and distinguishing constitution could make syndrome differentiations＇ direction clearly, emphasizing supplementing qi and activating blood, sweeping phlegm and opening the orifices, removing toxicity and brain resuscitation are the basic methods of TCM treatments of massive brain infarction, it attaches great importance to the method of sweeping phlegm and opening the orifices, and emphasizes mixing pig trotter soup and water together, helping to play a pharmacodynamics decoct herbal medicine, this paper analyzes the classical case.
