摘要:目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定不同产地肉苁蓉中松果菊苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:A相为1%醋酸溶液,B相为乙腈-甲醇(2:3);流速1.2mL/min,检测波长334nm,柱温30℃。结果松果菊苷在0.22~2.2μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为96.35%,RSD=2.03%。不同产地肉苁蓉中松果菊苷的含量不同(0.42%~1.52%)。结论此法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该药材的质量控制。
Objective To set up a method on determination of eehinacoside in Herba Cistanchis from different regions by HPLC. Methods Chromatographic conditions were available as follows Hypersil-ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm), 1% acetate solution as mobile phase A, acetonitrile and methanol(2:3 ) as mobile phase B, flowrate was 1.2 mL/min, and detecting wavelength was 334 nm, temperature of the column was 30℃. Results The linear correlation of echinacoside was well in 0.22-2.2 μg( r =0.9997) , the average recovery rate was 96.35 % with RSD of 2.03 %. The contents of echinacoside in Herba Cistanehis from different regions were not the same (0.42 % - 1.52 % ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and has good reappearance. It can be used to control the quality of Herba Cistanchis.
