摘要：目的:观察运用“烧山火”针法治疗小儿遗尿的临床效果。方法:将67例遗尿患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例采用“烧山火”针法治疗,对照组32例采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率88.6%,对照组总有效率68.8%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“烧山火”针法是治疗小儿遗尿的一种有效手法。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of heat-producing needling for pediatric enuresis. Methods： 67 eases of pediatric enuresis were randomly divided into the treating group and the control group. The treating group was treated by the method of heat-producing needling while the control group was treated by Western Medicine. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.6 %, and that in the control group was 68.8 %.The clinical therapeutic effect of the treating group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The heat-producing needling is an effective method on pediatric enuresis.
