摘要：探讨甘肃省新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治经验。新型冠状病毒肺炎以湿为主,防治核心立足湿疫,且因地、因时、因人制宜。预防措施主要为食疗、口服汤剂、香囊、足浴等,治疗分温邪犯肺、温热壅肺、温毒闭肺、内闭外脱、脾肺气虚等5个证型进行论治,取得了较好的疗效。附典型病案1则以验证。
To discuss the prevention and treatment experience of corona virus disease 2019( COVID-19) in Gansu province.COVID-19 focuses on dampness,the core prevention and treatment is based on dampness epidemic disease thereby,and the treatment is in accordance with local conditions,individuality and seasons. The preventive measures mainly include food therapy,oral decoction,sachets and foot bath etc.,and the treatment consists of five syndromes to carry out differentiation treatment,namely warm pathogenic factors attacking lung,warm pathogenic factors obstructing lung,warm-toxin blocking lung,internal obstruction and external collapse as well as asthenia of spleen and lung qi etc.,which has obtained good curative effects.One typical case is attached for verification.
